Summer 2022 Kinnect Beach Training Groups

Our Summer Beach program provides a twice-a-week camp experience designed to provide exposure to the fun sport of beach volleyball that meets players at their experience level.

Each day will start with 30 minutes of conditioning focusing on building the agility, strength, and cardio necessary to excel on the beach and indoor. The other two hours will focus on skills with an emphasis on ball control, learning the beach game, and thinking critically.

For players interested in playing on a competitive club team, the program is designed to cross train and condition you.

We can also provide coaching for youth tournaments upon request.

What to Bring: Water, athletic beach bathing suit, sunscreen, and a beach towel
